Garage restoration and management sim

Garage Flipper is a premium simulation game for PC coming from developer Farmind Studio. It is a first-person management simulator that will have players take on garage restoration jobs and turn them from old glorified storage bunkers to open spaces that can be used for all kinds of new purposes.

Similar in concept to other games like House Flipper 2 or Recycling Center Simulator, Garage Flipper is about making the most out of a messy situation and turning it into an opportunity to earn some money. Players will sort through the junk and find items of value and worth selling.

In Garage Flipper, you are the owner of a repair and restoration business that caters to the needs of homeowners who are looking to turn their old and messy garages for storage and use for something more productive and helpful. You will take on various mission-based jobs with clients who have a specific goal or result in mind that you need to work towards to fulfill.

The core gameplay loop in Garage Flipper revolves around sorting through the mess and making repairs to the interior. The first is to remove all the junk inside while looking out for things of value worth selling to scrap collectors. From there, you'll need to patch up damages to the walls and floors, and repaint them or lay down tiles, respectively, to make everything look brand new.

The last crucial part of the job is to buy new furniture to decorate the newly restored space depending on the client's plan. They include a home gym, a workbench for personal projects, or even a business. Unfortunately, the game also has plenty of bugs and issues left to sort out, such as random lag, freeze-ups, and crashes that negatively impact the gameplay experience.

From junk heap to productive spaces

All in all, Garage Flipper is a solidly engaging simulator that challenges players to transform chaotic garages into productive spaces. There are various jobs to take on, each with distinct results in mind that test how well you can convert those ideas into reality. Hopefully, the issues mentioned above will be fixed soon. Nevertheless, this one is worth giving a try.

In Softonic we scan all the files hosted on our platform to assess and avoid any potential harm for your device. Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.

We’d like to highlight that from time to time, we may miss a potentially malicious software program. To continue promising you a malware-free catalog of programs and apps, our team has integrated a Report Software feature in every catalog page that loops your feedback back to us.
